Love at First Sip

Pomegranate Gimlet
1¾ ounces gin, preferably Plymouth
1 ounce fresh lime juice
1 ounce fresh pomegranate juice (or POM Wonderful)
¾ ounce simple syrup
1 lime wheel
pomegranate seeds for garnish
Fill a highball glass with ice. Add the gin, lime and pomegranate juices, and simple syrup and stir to blend. Garnish with the lime wheel, sprinkling a few pomegranate seeds on top, and serve.
