I often say the most important details have the biggest impact in the smallest places. This beautiful bowl is interesting enough to showcase empty, or use to serve pistachios or provide a place for guests to keep their keys.
In the days of iPhone, laptops, and text messages, there’s nothing like receiving a handwritten note. I still strongly believe in handwritten thank you notes and well-wishes. The gold stamped owl and moon on this note card makes it feel instantly luxurious.
I always have a notebook with me to jot down ideas and inspirations for the magazine as they come to me. With these, you can do that in style.
My heart forever lives in Paris, so anything that channels this chic city is appealing to me. And what’s more luxurious than linens so exquisitely made you could sink right into a bed made up with it and never want to leave?
Working artistic details into unexpected places is another rule I try to live by. I love the option of having the iconic scene of Arles, so emblematic of the Lacroix Brand, on a sofa or armchair.

These dainty Herend Love Birds remind me of my grandmother’s home, which will conjure up a nostalgic, vintage feel to whatever room they inhabit. I would place atop a stack of books or nestled into a bookshelf.
